Redeeming your code for a copy of TTS Survivor

If your Kickstarter pledge included a copy of the TTS Survivor app for Andoid or Apple devices, you should have received an email containing a code to redeem on the App Store for your free copy.

Note that this code can only be used once, so make sure you are logged in to the App Store with your correct account, and that you redeem the code before purchasing the app.

Here are the instructions for how to redeem your code.

IOS (Apple Devices)

To redeem the code on your Apple device:

1. Open the “App Store” on your iPhone, iPod, or iPad
2. On the home page, tap on your account icon on the top right of the home page.
3. On the “Account” page, tap “Redeem Gift Card or Code”
4. Use the Camera or your Keyboard to enter the code from the email.
5. If entered correctly, it will let you know that the credit has been added to your account.
6. If it doesn’t automatically take you to the App, tap here to go to the app within the app store
7. Purchase and install the app normally. It may still show that it costs $2.99 – or the equivalent in your country, but don’t worry, you will not be charged for the app.

Android Devices

To redeem the code on your Android device:

1. Open the “Google Play” app on your Android device. (Note that this will not work with any other App Store)
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Redeem code.
4. Enter the code and tap “Redeem”.  The credit for a free copy of the game has now been added to your account.
5. If it doesn’t automatically take you to the App, tap here to go to the app within the app store
6. Purchase and install the app normally. It may still show that it costs $2.99 – or the equivalent in your country, but don’t worry, you will not be charged for the app.

Alternative Methods & Tips

• During Checkout: At the payment screen for an app or game, tap the payment method (e.g., credit card) and select “Redeem code”.

• Via Web: Go to play.google.com/redeem on a browser.

Troubleshooting: If the code fails, check that there are no spaces or dashes in the input.
