Please start by reading the online help available at the top of each screen in the app. If that isn’t displaying, click on the help question mark in the top header of the screen, which toggles whether that help is visible or not.

If that doesn’t answer your question, please reach out to us using the form below and we will strive to get back to you within 2 business days.

If you encounter a crash when using the app, when it suddenly quits, please include the steps you were doing when the crash happened.
